What the enquiry form collects

Your name, email address, chosen service and message. Your business name or website is optional. The form also records the time of the enquiry, your consent and a submission reference. Forminator records an IP address for submission administration and spam prevention.

Why this information is needed

It helps NAT Digital understand your request and respond to it. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

Where enquiries go

Enquiries are stored in the WordPress database and are available to the owner in Forminator → Submissions. This private review site does not forward enquiries to an email provider, CRM or marketing platform. Hosting may involve processing outside New Zealand.

Access and retention

Access to form submissions is restricted to authorised WordPress users. The website design is being reviewed through a private draft preview. Enquiry information should be kept only for as long as it is useful for responding and managing the resulting business conversation. The owner can review and delete submissions in Forminator.

Your choices

You can request access, correction or deletion of your information by emailing the address above. Please avoid including passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information in an enquiry.
